Dorian helped us buy not one but TWO homes!! She helped us find our current home, it was exactly what we were looking for! You need a real estate agent like Dorian because the home we purchased was not advertised well at all, I was looking for a home literally 24/7 and driving around and I still didn’t see the home but Dorian found it somehow!!! She also provided some creative, insightful ideas on how to house hack and renovate the home, basically she helped us find and create exactly what we were looking for!! Dorian is extremely reliable, dedicated, responsive and patient. Dorian is very knowledgeable of the Atlanta area and quality real estate. Didn’t skip a beat when we switched from a condo search to houses. She knew what I wanted, making our searches thorough. Went above and beyond, whether to sweeten the deal or point out what I missed. She made quality referrals with a home inspector, local lenders, even recommended a property management company for my rental. Almost always available (busy is good) and kept me up on everything I needed to know. Great agent! Very professional and extremely valuable. I’ll call her again on the next deal.

Dorian was awesome! She helped me find the right property that fit my needs. Then she dug in and negotiated on my behalf to ensure that the sellers did what they agreed to do. I ended up getting 3k at closing because she was able to prove that agreed upon repairs weren't completed. I'd highly recommend her!
